To show its appreciation to its customers for taking their time to complete the survey, KFC gives respondents the chance to win a $1000 cash award awarded for each sweepstakes period. How to Participate in the Online KFC Customer Satisfaction Survey
You will need to:
-Be legally resident in any of the 50 states in the US or the District of Columbia.
-Be on or above the age of majority in the state of residence (usually 18 years old).
-Have a recent receipt from KFC with the survey code printed on it.
-Have an available internet connection.
-Be able to fill out the survey questions in either English or Spanish.
Taking The Survey
1. Visit the survey website www.mykfcexperience.com on your internet connected device.
2. On the landing page, you have the option to change your language from the default English to Spanish. Two spaces are provided for you to fill out your survey code and the time you made your purchase. These pieces of information are printed on your receipt and an image is provided on the right of this page to help you out. Once done, click on the red “Start” button to proceed.
3. The survey questions will be presented to you covering many areas of your experience such as the quality of service and the state of the store. Fill out the questions as directed and ensure to be honest in your responses.
4. Once you reach the end of the survey questions, you will be required to present some personal information about yourself in order to enter the sweepstakes for the $1000 cash prize. This information will be used by KFC to identify you and contact you in case you win. It includes your name, address, email address and phone number. Fill out the information as required to enter the sweepstakes. If, however, you do not wish to enter the drawing, you can exit your browser at this point without losing your survey responses.
