Hi，Good afternoon，everyone！First of all，I would like to say thanks to everybody who gave me a chance to introduce myself and our school. My English name is Victor. I have worked for twenty years since I graduated from the University. I am not a traditional teacher. I hope I can do something to change the present situation of English teaching. In my class,I always encourage students to express their opinions because I think English teaching in Middle school must train the students four skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing. English, as a kind of language, is used for communication. It allows people to say things with each other and express their communicative needs. That is to say ,some of these factors, for example, the students’age, intelligence, educational and cultural background, motivation,etc,influence the teachers’ English teaching. If the students in middle school master the four skills, they have free choice to say whatever they want,their communicative competence must be improved greatly. In teaching field, I have ever got much honor, but I still think I need a new environment to challenge myself. I have a dream to contribute to the cause of education. I always believe working hard can bring us more opportunities, but in my spare time ,I have many hobbies, such as reading, dancing, surfing the Internet, writing some articles and even going fishing with my friends on the weekends if possible.
Next, now let me tell you something about our school -----No.2 Shiyan Middle School,WuXue,Hubei province. Our school was built in 1986, and a great number of students have graduated from it. Some of them have achieved great success in the development of modern society. Our school has 45 classes with over 2,100 students. Now,you know why we love it, right?  Tell you a secret: I think our school is one of the best schools in the world. Because all the teachers here are trying their best to work. Most of the students are training themselves to be good students. I think everything in our school is nice . Because of these , the students can get good grades at our school.
